I would like to commend your two carers who were looking after three ladies at Alvaston Hall this weekend.
The ladies appeared to be happy and enjoying their holiday and were very well looked after by the carers who were attentive to their needs not only at the dining table but also on the dance floor.
As a care home owner for the past twenty one years I couldn’t help noticing the kindness shown and felt proud of your carers who are obviously dedicated and are good ambassadors for your company.
After working for other care companies, I feel PGH has been the best. I like how service users come first and that things are done properly.
I think you do an excellent job, especially taking into account xxx’s diet.
I feel safe in my home. I get on well with all the staff. I am independent and allowed to do things for myself but help is there if I need it.
Xxxx says everywhere is spotless and staff are lovely and well organised, a complete contrast to his former carers. Thank you for all your support.

I am writing to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the high standard of care that xxxx received at Friary Road.
I am extremely impressed by the way in which the team under Jane’s leadership met his physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs in such a holistic way. It is reassuring to know that people who have learning difficulties are cared for and empowered in such a special way.
In the coming days as you mourn his passing, may it comfort you to know that xxxx was loved and cared for in a dignified way and he died at home where he wanted to be.
I like living in my home. I like the way staff treat me nicely and knock on my bedroom door before they come in.

One or two of your residents come to the parish church of Water Orton for communion on a Wednesday. Every carer I have met has been a person of genuine care.
When I have on one occasion visited the residents in their home I have been equally impressed.
